Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

TravelByShar strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection to cover changes and cancellations If a vacation protection plan is not purchased and deposit has been received, cancellations will be reimbursed to your original form of payment minus any fees or penalties. Any cancellations, changes or modifications including but not limited to name corrections, passenger details, occupancy changes, travel dates or room category changes could result in a re-price situation at current day's pricing.

Name Change Fees:-$75 More than one name change per room on a reservation is considered a cancel/rebook. 

Transfers are non-refundable and non-changeable inside 48hrs from departure. 

Cancellation Dates

Cancellations made prior to 11/01/23 are subject to loss of Deposit.

Cancellations made after 11/01/23 are subject to 1 night penalty and loss of Deposit

Cancellation made after 11/18/23 are subject to full penalty of all monies paid.
